Paula Quinn worked 14 years in independent private practice before joining Quinn Hayes & Quinn where she assists in all areas of the firm’s practice, including General Litigation, Business Litigation, Insurance Law, Family Law and Juvenile Criminal Defense. Before her own practice, Mrs. Quinn worked for Gardere Wynne LLP in the areas of Family Law and Litigation, as well as the Dallas County Office of the Public Defender in the areas of Family Law and Juvenile Criminal Defense. Mrs. Quinn is a talented writer and recently published an article entitled “The Notice of Lost Condition, Judicially Inferred Negations Thereof (To-wit; Lack of Prejudice), and the True Realities of Memory” in the influential Insurance Litigation Reporter.
