Susan Hayes has more than 18 years experience as an attorney in the areas of insurance defense for both first and third party cases and insurance coverage litigation. She has additional experience in the areas of commercial litigation, employment law and environmental liabilities. Ms. Hayes is an accomplished author and speaker on subjects relating to insurance coverage and policy interpretation. She holds an AV Martindale rating and is an associate editor of the Insurance Litigation Reporter. Ms. Hayes is licensed to practice in Texas and Alabama.
